Make your electric- or gas-heated home cozy and save energy. When you install wall, attic and floor insulation and seal air leaks, you'll get a $150 bonus cash incentive in addition to standard cash incentives:
- Wall insulation: $0.30 per square foot
- Attic insulation: $0.25 per square foot
- Floor insulation: $0.30 per square foot
- Air sealing: up to $400
Note: Insulation must meet Energy Trust specifications. If wall, attic and floor insulation need to be upgraded to meet specifications, all three must be installed with air sealing to receive the bonus. If only two areas need insulation upgrades, both must be completed with air sealing to receive the bonus. Homes needing only one insulation upgrade are not eligible for the bonus.
